"Greens" against diesel engines

In light of recent events, it is clear that if conservationists take the matter seriously, no one will be spared. After Germany's largest auto giant Volkswagen AG admitted to falsifying data, the labor agency took on U.S. auto player Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA).

The Germans paid a fine of more than 4 billion dollars, the fault was incorrect data on emissions from diesel and turbo-diesel engines, which German designers equipped their cars with.

Now the charge has been brought against the car company FCA. The charge is that the software that monitors engine emissions gives deliberately false information. So a series of automobilesissued between 2014 and 2016 do not comply with the legislation that unambiguously regulates the level of emissions from exhaust systems.

In turn, Fiat Chrysler representatives refute this information, assuring that all vehicles manufactured since 2014 comply with all requirements and regulations. The request to provide samples of the software that monitors engine performance was denied. Fiat Chrysler lawyers explain it simply - intellectual property. We don't want to and we won't show it, because we have every right to!

Stock exchanges were the first to react after the indictment. All shares of the FCA car concern fell in price by almost 17 percent.

The bidding had to be stopped more than once. It is still unknown how the situation will develop further.

Meanwhile, we are watching a "battle of the titans" in a country where suing is the favorite thing to do for any company.
